Terms and Conditions

All payment must be made in US Dollars. Adhesives must be sent by ground service. No exceptions. If an adhesive is to be shipped internationally (including Canada) you must call (505) 344-8433 to make arrangements and additional charges will be made by the shipper. A 25% restocking fee applies all to returned items. Orders shipped to addresses in New Mexico also pay an additional sales tax of 7%. If your business is tax exempt, please fax your New Mexico Non-Taxable Transaction Certificate to (505) 344-6306. All orders must be prepaid by check or credit card.

Return Policy

All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods. A restocking fee of 25% will be applied to all returns. Call customer service for an RMA Number before returning any items. If your order is damaged in shipping, contact Jule-Art within 5 days of receipt of shipment. Retain all packing materials. Custom work and printed items are not returnable.

* Ground Shipping Estimates are as follows:

$10.00 for orders 50.00 and under

$15.00 for orders 50.01 - 75.00

$20.00 for orders 75.01 - 100.00

$25.00 for orders 100.01 - 150.00

$5.00 more for each additional $50.00 in order amount

Additional charges may apply to bulky items, overnight delivery, second-day air, or shipments outside the Continental US. We will contact you if the shipping and handling vary from the above schedule. On ground shipment orders please anticipate a 1 to 2 week delivery time.

$250.00 orders receive 5% discount

$1000.00 orders receive 10% discount

$2000.00 orders receive a 15% discount.
